Ronald Hummons, founder and CEO of the think!! Campaign, was born July 12, 1973. He is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio where his father, a heroin and crack cocaine addict raised him. As early as 12 years old Ronald was forced to commit crimes to support his father’s drug habit. While growing up in Over-the-Rhine, a drug infested and high crime area in downtown Cincinnati, he lived in various abandoned buildings, & shelters. As Ronald reached puberty he had already experienced a life of abuse, constant disappointment and crime. Ronald spent six years in prison before realizing that "vision given ~ is success in the making."

Since being released from prison, Ronald has started numerous companies and organizations. Grapevine Limited, an athletics and apparel company that designs, manufactures and sells C-Town Footwear and athletics. Next, he launched the first of its kind entrepreneurial training program in prison called Vision Caretakers, which teaches incarcerated men how to create and implement business plans once they return home. In 2008, Ronald launched his next venture, Grapevine Media Group.

Ronald's first film, think!! is a DVD filmed in some of Ohio’s toughest prisons using some of their youngest inmates. Ronald brings real life experiences depicting consequences of irrational thinking. The DVD shows how split second decisions can cost you the rest of your life. Ronald says, “If I had taken a second, to think about the consequences before I did what I did, I never would have gone to prison.” He contributes his incarceration to his decision to use his knowledge, experiences, and resources to impact the lives of countless adolescents and young adults through motivational speaking, the think!! DVD and curriculum.
